ROME - Things to know:
Usually on the last Sunday of each month, the Vatican Museums are open to the public for free. Every Sunday at noon in St. Peter's square, the Pope holds a brief speech at the end of which recites the Angelus. The National Museum of Castel Sant'Angelo is located inside the wall of the castle, whose peculiar circular shape makes it unmistakable in Rome. Touristic shows and exhibitions are often organized inside this medieval location.
